Is there something you really want to create in your life that you keep putting off?
As a soul-centered Life and Creativity coach, I assist creative and spiritually-minded people discover more clarity and direction in their lives. I work with actors and other artists, as well as with people who want to reconnect with their creativity. I create a safe container for you to freely explore your creative endeavors and support you as you face any challenging personal blocks present in your life. I ask incisive questions to prompt you to dig deep and discover answers from your own inner wisdom. You are the expert of yourself. But it’s hard for any of us to see ourselves clearly sometimes, and that’s where I can help. My job is to mirror you so that you can see yourself more clearly. And I do this with gentleness, honesty and compassion.
I help you to:
Clarify your vision about a specific creative project or goal. This can be an artistic project (writing a novel, illustrating a children’s book, producing a web series, performing a one-person show, etc) or a personal project (better self-care, a more balanced life, more creative expression, more connection to your spirit, more clarity about your life purpose, etc), or a combination of both.
Identify your next action steps toward bringing your vision to life.
Stay on track when faced with Resistance, both External (rejection, indifference, objections, lack of support) and Internal (see the long list below).
I provide structure, accountability, enthusiastic support, as well as practical guidance in expanding your consciousness.
Resolve any internal blocks that keep you from progressing forward, such as: not knowing ‘how to’, self-doubt, boredom, disappointment, perfectionism, comparing yourself to others, lack of self-confidence, self-worth issues, isolation, overwhelm, procrastination, addiction to distractions, fear of wasting time and/or money, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of big changes.
And most importantly, have fun now even before you’ve reached your desired destination.
It’s easy to come up with reasons not to pursue your dreams, such as: I don’t know what I want to do; I don’t know where to begin; I don’t have the time; I can’t afford to; it’s not practical; people will laugh at me; I’m not good enough; I’m too old; I’m too young; it’s harder than I thought it’d be; I already tried and failed; I’ll do it next year, or after the kids have grown, or after I retire, or after (fill in the blank).
If you fear that who you want to be and what you create don’t matter and no one really gets you, then it’s time for you to validate yourself and bring power to your creativity.
