BEYOND IMPROV class in Malibu

BEYOND IMPROV: Improv for Personal & Spiritual Growth

weekly drop-in class — every Friday 11am to 12:30pm

Open yourself up to a new level of freedom in expression!

Experience the aliveness of spontaneous creativity in a safe and loving environment.

Come play games and creative exercises designed to get you out of your head and into the immediacy of your senses, where spontaneous creativity can blossom.  You’ll develop your muscle to gently stretch beyond your comfort zone and make self-discoveries in a fun and safe environment.
The class size is small and intimate.  No prior improv experience is necessary.

“Yuriana’s workshop is extraordinary. I felt as if something bigger, wiser and higher was expressing through me. The result was an amazing sense of self-awareness through incredible metaphors and symbolisms. I felt empowered by such awarenesses. I also experienced a higher state of clarity and discernment as to what is important to me and the next steps for me to take at this time.  I would like to repeat this workshop many times and possibly make it an ongoing part of my schedule, as a way to continue growing the excitement that I experience by expressing myself freely, authentically and creatively.”

– Inely Cesna, Founder of the Well-Being Center of Malibu

“I still feel the results of your Improv class in the fabric of my days, a greater ease and fluidity. I notice that I have more of a connection with my spontaneity, humor and creativity, more of a connection with myself.  It’s spreading into my writing, friendships, work and conversations. Thank you for creating this trustworthy space for us to explore.”
